It all started because Sue couldn't find a pair of shoes to go with her new outfit! So off we went, searching for the impossible.

After 7 or 8 disappointing trips to local shoe stores, Sue looked at Gary and said, "We ought to open our own shoe store for WIDE SIZES!"

Little did we know that events would make that happen!

Sue and Gary both have backgrounds in "corporate America."  Both got tired of the bureaucracy and glass ceilings that went along with working for others.  When the "coincidences" started to add up, we accepted the challenge to start our own WIDE Size Specialty Shoe Store here in Easton, PA.  Like one song says, "Some blessings come disguised as problems."
